Made of corrosion resistant stainless steel (including the main circulation fan), the DSC inert gas oven is capable of continuous operation — 24 h a day, 7 days a week.
Designed with ease of use and flexibility in mind, different versions of this machine can use either natural gas or LPG. A single operator can control and monitor the entire drying process from the control panel, and load up to five baskets into the oven with the help of a crane (included with the machine).
A high-quality combustion system (most critical components are made in the US) and 30 HP turbo fan deliver high levels of precision and stability and ensure that no oxygen is produced.
Another of this machine’s main features is an optimized heat exchange process: hot water is automatically pumped back to a cooling tower, saving time and energy. The cooling system has a large dehumidifying net to achieve the best performance in the shortest amount of time.
After drying, the plates’ water content is usually less than 0.1%, and the PbO increase rate stays below 1%. Special settings for positive plates ensure that the material won’t be deactivated, greatly enhancing the batteries’ dry charge ability and lifetime.
