Following our participation at the Fenibat exhibition in Brazil and several weeks of customer visits across South America earlier this year, the DSC Group’s Xiamen office was honored to welcome a delegation from one of Argentina’s leading battery manufacturers. At a critical juncture for the Argentinian economy and battery industry, we put together a packed itinerary that included tours of our own equipment and molding factories in Quanzhou, as well as visits to key local suppliers in Guangdong, Fujian, Zhejiang, and Hebei provinces.
The trip underscored the strength of our network across the Chinese battery industry and our ability to help international customers navigate this complex ecosystem, connecting them with the most reliable and experienced partners for each project.
One of the highlights was a meeting with one of the world’s largest motorcycle battery OEM/ODM suppliers — also a DSC customer — renowned for its cutting-edge research on sodium batteries, a fast-emerging technology that combines excellent cranking performance and affordability. Positioned between lead-acid and lithium-ion, sodium batteries are now among the fastest-growing chemistries worldwide. Through DSC, our customers in South America and elsewhere can access some of the most advanced sodium batteries on the market, whether it is for EV, energy storage or other applications.
