This machine can automatically detect internal leaks between cells or between the battery cover and the container. A precise, digital testing device is used to apply positive or negative pressure (based on each customer’s requirement).

If no leaks are found, the batteries proceed to a coding station where a product number is engraved on the cover—using a pin marking, hot stamping, or laser system.
